Unauthorized debits

Planet fitness is still deducting money from my account without my consent. Despite being on a monthly agreement they are charging me a cancellation fee. I have contacted them an brought this to their attention but still they are unwilling to address my complain and cannot justify their actions. I have the statements sent by them to back my claim.
