Unauthorized Debits

<p>Hi,</p> <p>Please note that I am so unhappy with the lack of service and greed that Planet fitness has, when it comes to memberships. Kindly note that I had a 12 month membership fully paid (last year) - and with that, I left them deduct my account for interest, and let that slide. This time, They deducted my account twice, which first its a new year, and I have no relation with this gym. I called them, and told them that I do not use their gym services, nor Am I trying to renew. They told me that they would call and assist with my cancellation process (PF ********** ) which they never did - instead they deducted my account twice. I will however, do a reveral (hoping that I dont experience any challenges at my bank) but I will not take this lightly with Planet Fitness.</p>
