Unauthorized debit / ***** sales tactics

I recently signed up for a 2 year contract at Planet fitness parklands for R499 with a added buddy tag , upon looking at the deals and speaking to the sales Manager , i went with this.

I signed up on the 9th of April , I was told that my first debit order would be the end of May and my first 2 months would be at a rate of R299 plus the buddy tag , I was just debited R640 this morning? Whether the date was mistaken by the sales manager , Why is it R640 and not the R299 that was told to me? I am extremely unhappy with this and companies selling false lies , I would like this matter looked into and dealt with.
