Unauthorized Debit Orders

I cancelled my membership on the 10 November 2023, yet Planet fitness continued to debit my account up until the end of January 2024 and have informed me that my account will still be debited end of February 2024.

Numerous emails have been sent with proof of cancellation attached. Attempts to speak to a senior manager to resolve this issue has failed as call center staff refuse to direct you to a senior manager, and then just disconnect the call. Where does one go from here.
