Unauthorized Debit Orders

Planet Fitness Krugersdorp Valley View. I received unauthorised debit orders from this company even after months of canceling my gym membership and their are not ready to refund me telling me that they have sent the query to Finance. It's been 3months and I'm yet to receive my money back. When I call, a lady in the Cancellation Zanele hung up on me and now they are not even picking up my calls. I have been calling for days without end, emailing without replies. What kind of company is this?

They just don't care about paying me back and they won't give me an answer as to why. This is very frustrating, and costly to be calling and waisting time on them.
