unauthorized debit order

Planet fitness' account department debited my account twice. I don't know what levy I'm paying for. That was not part of the agreement, you can't do as you please in my bank account. Please return my R519 with the same speed you debited it, I don't wait days on end for money you had no right to take in my bank account. Thanks
