Unauthorized Debit Order!!!

Unprofessional and unjust! The gym contract is not even on my name but Planet Fitness continues to debit my bank account. How can a company accept the contract if the holder of the bank account did not sign?

I have sent through cancellation letters as well as telephonically cancelling the debit order but to no avail.

Now there is a double debit from my bank account!!!!

No assistance received!!!!!!

I think it's time for legal action.
