Unauthorized debit order

<p>On the 29th of June 2016 at 02:27am I received an unauthorized debit order of R199 from Planet Fitness. Furious about this, I called my bank to stop and cancel the debit order immediately as I did not authorize such. <br />I call planet fitness outraged and they explained to me on May 2016 I had received a phone call welcoming me to the gym... ( of which I did not, and till this day I am awaiting the recorded call)... As seen in my previous review of planet fitness I did not have any standing contract as I had cancelled it. The advisor wanted me to provide him with proof of cancellation of the contract, to which I exclaimed to him, I was not given any proof/ reference number of the verbal encounter with the planet fitness advisor who had called me after I wrote my hello peter complaint in February 2016. I told the advisor to find the recording of such to which is explain before every call at planet fitness that all calls will be recorded.<br />I spoke to this advisor on the 29th of June 2016 to once again rescind the contract and remove me from the. System as they are registering me for unauthorized gym plan programmes that I am not aware of.<br />this is *******, ******** and punishable by law.</p> <p>It Is now 10th July 2016, i have yet to receive any productive in site from the advisor to the point where I have to call him to ask how far along my complaint is as he "claims" that this has gone to the manager.. To which I do not believe and it's just a way to procrastinate,<br />the advisor keeps telling me to send him emails yet he's email address and all 2alternative emails and do not even work, he does not even call to confirm receiving such emails he requested. Never have I dealt with such incompetence.</p> <p>I do not want to have any ties with this company and they are proscrasting thinking I'll give up.</p> <p>CANCEL THE CONTRACT AND REMOVE ME FROM YOUR SYSTEM</p>
