Unauthorized contrat renewal

<p>I am paying two planet fitness accounts that has been handed over for collection by SAYA recoveries.</p> <p>ive been paying these accounts since 2012 to date which in total have paid up 6000 on each account, the account references are RESAYARECO ********** ********** 160819 and RESAYARECO ********** ********** 160819<br />i called to find out wats happening cos i paid up the accounts and was told i owe 18000 on the accounts and i asked how can this be, i was told that planet fitness extended the contract there has been numerous cancellation letters send planet fitness can request these from there incompatent business partners saya recoveries.</p> <p> </p> <p>i need an explaination why this contracts was extended without my permision and i want to know who authorised that instruction with my knowlege also i want it cancelled immediately so i can cance the debit order at saya recoveries.</p> <p> </p> <p>please deal with this </p>
