Unauthorised deductions SHARKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In may 2019 my sisters wanted to join a gym in order to get into shape , as i had taken a contract with planet fitness a month prior i had taken them with me to go look at the deals they would offer them , to mention my uncle would be paying for their contracts but first wanted to look over their tc's and c's and pricing before making a decision , while doing the application with the agent i was told that they would need banking details to complete the application and print it out which i had then agreed they could use mine to print out the documents , i was then told i needed to sign the form as it was not their account listed which i did thinking the agent had my best interests at heart.

For the last 2 months they have been debiting on my account after i had cancelled the contract with the agent on the 11th May 2019 2 weeks after they received the documents.

I have been battling to get them to cancel the debit on my account they are now stating i am bound to the contract and will need to pay a cancellation fee of R1500 before they can cancel as it has passed the cooling off period.

I then realized that there is an amount R499.00 that deducted apparently for some fee that is annually.

i got told i was notified about this where i wasnt i did not received and sms or an email pertaining to this yet they tell me they did send it..

i want out of this contract!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
