unauthorised debit order - *******

<p>I signed up a year ago for 300 as a black tag member. I was told there is an annual increase of 10 percent. The person I dealt with was Reino. This morning I woke up and my account was debited with 898 rands.. I did not authorise this. If this is how they treat their customers I want my money back and my membership cancelled. I left virgin to join them because they were cheaper, with way less clubs but I thought they a cheaper option let me see how it goes, till this morning I wake up to find they sold money from my account. I want my money back.</p>
