Unauthorised debit order

Joined Planet fitness for my wife in Huweloord Pretoria @R55 Mall. After the sales consultant kept changing the various contracts, i was advised that there is a contract in my name i cancelled in 2011, which was never cancelled. After signing everything for my wife as i could not join and had to take a "black tag" until the matter was resolved. After waiting a full week, i received a generic email with *** advising me my query has been finalized. Without any clarity or what was actually queried. The contract I signed for my wife is for R149 a month, debit order date to be deducted on the 20th of each month, start date 20th November 2019. On the 3rd of November 2019, a debit order of R149 is deducted from the account. When i call the gym in Hueweloord, they can only apologise, contact centre is only open from Monday to Friday, so is the accounts department. I don't want to speak to any of your consultant, as i have already had personal bad experience with you a few years ago already. Who authorised the debit order to be deducted on the 3rd when clearly my contract states the 20th? Worst service ever1!!!!!
