Unauthorised debit order

<p>I have requested my contract to be canclle at 28/2/2017. I received a confirmation email that my last debit order will be 1/2/2017. As always it never worked that way and another debit order went of on 28/2/2017. Now I have to call up and down in order to sort this out after I received a confirmation email of the cancellation!!!</p>
