unauthorised debit order

Planet fitness has been taking my money, I never sign any contract with me, I never been at the gym, called them in February and I was told that I made EFT payment last year 2021 and I never made any EFT Payment, They said contract has been cancelled I won’t be debited anymore however every month I am still been debited REF***. Today I called again consultant I was advised that they confirmed my signature on my ID/Driver license but I never sent any ID or Driver license. This is very frustrating and annoying.
