Unauthorised billing

Discovery health notified me that my gym contract had been cancelled because i had not used the benefit enough times within the 12 month period. My bank put a stop order on the debit order from Planet fitness. Planet fitness informed me that i could not train at the gym as they had not received payment. I subsequently stopped using the facility. 12 months later i was contacted by a debt collecting agency to say that I owed the gym over R3000 in gym fees. I sent an email to Planet fitness to find out why they were continuing to run up an account. They never rep**** . I have send 4 emails over the last 6 months to Planet fitness with no reply. Yesterday the debit collecting from contacted me again to say that it is an auto renewal. They sent me a statement showing that planet fitness are still charging me each month for gym that i can't and don't use. The bill is now nearly R5000.00. I have contacted them again and still no response. I have not been able to train at the gym since 2012 yet they still continue to charge me each month. The service and attitude from Planet Fitness has been disgusting at best. I will be contacting the consumer protection agency.
