Unauthorised attempts to debit my bank account despite cancellation!

I am very disappointed at the service I have encountered at planet fitness! I app**** for membership but cancelled it within the cooling off period and Planet fitness has been trying to deduct from my account for the past few months and I am incurring bank charges. I have been calling and the last time i called, i was told all my monies will be refunded this past Wednesday. None of that has happened. I will never recommend this gym to anyone. May you please attend to my request so that I can part ways with you once and for all.
