Unacceptable Service & lack of communication

<p>Since I joined Planet fitness, they took my monthly debit order of R299 twice a month for about 3 to 4 months. Now that the 2 year contract have reached it's end, I cancelled my membership from renewing and paid a settlement ammount in cash but they still took another debit order. They also don't respond to any of my emails and nobody has been able to explain to me what's going on. I am highly dissapointed.</p>
