Unacceptable Service and Unresolved Refund Issue
I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Planet Fitness regarding my refund request. One of their consultants, Rene, contacted me in early October 2024 and assured me that the matter was being attended to and that my refund was pending approval from their legal department.
However, since then, nothing has been resolved. Rene has been completely unresponsive, ignoring my calls and messages, leaving me in the dark about the status of my refund. This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable.
It has now been over a month, and I am still waiting for what was promised. This experience has left me frustrated and questioning the level of professionalism and customer care provided by Planet Fitness, Morningside.
The consultant, Rene has my number as well as my email address. The number she has is the number I am contactable at. I have tried to reach out to her so many times and left messages as stated in my earlier correspondence with no reply.
I am waiting for my refund that she worked on and communicated that it is on final stages of it being refunded to my account. This was the primary comping and/ or report I brought to planet fitness attention. The alleged outstanding amount is secondary issue that arose while Rene was attending to the primary complaint.
It would be appreciated that you correspond via email as well. I am contactable throughout the day and week on cell number as well. All my contact details are on your records they have not changed..
