UNACCEPTABLE FINE WRTING IN CONTRACTS

I was a member of Planet Fitness and is not very happy with the service our family joined Planet Fitness and after a few weeks, my son was unable to enter the gym because his tab was blocked after a while all of our tags were blocked, and was told to re-register. after a while, I received an email stating that our gym membership contract is over and I was happy that this had come to an end, so I canceled our vitality fee. now for almost 3 months, Planet Fitness is taken contributions doubled which is almost a total of 10k with loads of emails them telephone calls explaining that our contract expired and did not take up the month-to-month contract they keep on taking our money each time with different descriptions so that the stop order is not noticed by our bank. I'm putting this on here as stories we were told by many people that had the same experience. We moved to the East Rand for a new beginning but this is really unacceptable
