Unacceptable

I joined Planet Fitness in Brakpan Carnival Mall and I had to cancel my membership two weeks in because they wouldn't allow me in with my husbands tag. I canceled the membership via email as they requested and yet they still took a debit order. This is unacceptable as I canceled it and I refuse to pay two weeks worth of a contract of which I only used the gym for 5 days. They don't respond to any emails and I am extremely unhappy that they just want to take a persons money even after cancelation. I want my money back!
