Unable to cancel Contract

<p>I have a contract with justgym Rustenburg which expires 2 Desember. they however automatically renew the contract if you do not ask them to cancel it. Upon visiting the gym to do it, they told me to call the head office to do it. Apparantly they have high call volumes every day the whole day and I've held the line for 30min without getting to speak to someone. I even emailed their complaints email address and received no response. What am I to do?</p>
