With several calls to the call centre and still no luck till today and no feedback on my query.

Can't believe how poorly the customer service is with a company that's looks after the health of their clients. They are quick to take your money for a membershio that's not even yours, and I didn't sign for a debit order, that's actually ***** that was committed on my banking details. The only choice I have left is to open a case of ***** against the person who's membership it is and planet fitness that Authorised the debit order on their system
