Waterkloof ridge Planet fitness: Faulty debit orders taken and visits to the gym is not calculated accurately. Complaint was lodged three months ago and still no feedback. Constant follow up and not even Management give assistance. They simply hear the complaint, ask all the evidence and it ends there. Today I was told by the Sales Manager he can't do anything, it's administrations problem. When I told them I will stop my debit order I was told that I will be put on a rat list. So.. no feedback, no refund and basically informed my account is open access to any debit order amount or I will be listed. They can do whatever they want to.
