So I had a gym membership and was suspended due to non payment. Fine that was my fault I was told to pay the money that was in arrears and I made arrangements with them and they where debting my account than. Today they call telling me I owe them am like how because you where debiting and never did I receive a message telling me debit order bounced or was not received. So I assumed my debit is paid up.. they tell me I never cancelled membership I tell them when called by the gym no one said I must write and email saying am cancelling my membership it’s news to me so how am I liable for fees I don’t know off. So planet fitness waited 2years to come **** me. No way I have rights as a consumer and as a service provider they needed to disclose when payment arrangements where made two years ago
