tyring to cancel my membership

I want to cancel my membership, have sent two mails and no reply.

have tried to make an inquiry on their web portal, but it just refers me to the email or to call.

when I call you sit and wait for 30min, with a voice prompt to please mail for attendance.

haven't received any reply, call back nothing. I am sitting in dire financial situation and need my membership cancelled, and don't have time to come into the gym itself.
