Two years and counting

This is the second time that I am writing a report on Planet Fitness. After the first report, I received a response stating that someone would contact me within 5 working days. That was 3 months ago. I have been contacted again by Saya recoveries to inform me that I now owe over R600. So yet again I sent all information, including the proof of payment for the amount that I was told was outstanding in April 2013, to every email address that I have been given so far, including that of the latest person to contact me, and some Planet Fitness addresses. <br> As usual, I have had no response to my email, from anyone. <br> I have also been informed that Planet Fitness has had me blacklisted! <br> <br> If this issue is not cleared up by the end of May, I am seeking legal advice for the harassment and emotional distress that I go through every time I try to sort this out or get an answer from ANYONE. <br> <br> If someone can tell me why I still owe money after settling the amount that I was told was outstanding in April 2013, I will pay the money, excluding the two years worth of interest that has been charged while I have been trying to get an answer.
