Two debit orders deducted after cancellation paid

I Cancelled my contract on 30 June 2015 and paid the termination fee of R627.90 on 30 June 2015.<br> <br> My debit order of R299 went off TWICE last night even after my contract was cancelled.<br> <br> I hereby request that the debit orders (R598) be refunded to me with immediate effect.<br> <br>
