Trying to join but no-one is interested in helping

I went to Planet Fitness Rivonia to enquire about joining, no sales people were there to assist. I left my contact information with various people, even on the main sales enquiry book. no one has gotten back to me. I have called countless times to try and speak to the sales manager but he is constantly unavailable, I have left countless messages for him to call me, all of which have been ignored. None of the other staff members can even give me an estimation of the cost per month to join, and it is clear the sales manager, Chris and his team are doing so well that they don't want new members. <br> <br> I gave Virgin Active a call and had my answer within seconds, from the receptionist, not even a sales person. I had wanted to move away from Virgin as I have been a member with them for 18 years, but clearly I was making a mistake. That's a potential 18 years of paying customer you have lost out on.<br> <br> Get your act together, its not difficult, enable your non sales staff to help gain potential new clients, since your sales staff are clearly over worked and never around. I have to beg you to take my money?! LOL crazy
