Try to deduct money for paid up membership

I've paid up my membership for 2 years, in cash, and Planet Fitness, after one year, try to start deducting money from my account. After I stopped it they have the audacity to send me a sms's stating my account is in arrears.<br> I received a phone call, to check if I'm happy with Planet fitnesss, where I complained about my account and they promised to look into it and phone me back. But nothing. After the second sms I went to them to see them in person. The girl at the reception checked on my account and find all my fees to be settled and said she don't understand why but will follow it up with them and call me back the same day. It's a month now and no phone call but I still get the sms's that the account is in arrears.
