Trust and contract breached.

Wish i had taken a moment to check Hello Peter out before joining. Have not even been able to go to the gym once since falling ill shortly after signing up. Understood i entered a contractual agreement of R500 a month - it's my own responsibility to get to the gym.

This month (THE SECOND MONTH) i have R802 go off my account. I live on the breadline, i was so clear about this when i signed up. Really thought the sales guy was being so sweet to help with discount of the normal R650 fee.

Now Whatsapp chat gets you in touch with nobody. You are forced to have to phone or go to them in person. Looked in my emails for a contract, statement - anything. FOUND NOTHING.

This is such a breach of trust - and contract. And looking at all these messages, have a sinking pit in my stomach about the type of assist that I will be receiving from this company.
