Tricking you into membership add-ons, **** "cancel at anytime" buddy tag, EXTREMELY rude customer care service

Terrible, TERRIBLE customer service. They trap you with a buddy tag, saying you can "cancel at anytime" which is a complete lie. Queen who I spoke with on customer care line does not know her own company's rules and regulations, speak over you, and is extremely rude and unprofessional.

They are so entangled with ****, alluring statements, catching everyday individuals to join and add, add-ons to their membership and in-exchange just to take their money and trick them into getting a membership in the first place.

Complete f**ckn **** and utterly disappointed in Planet Fitness as a company as well as customer care service. 0/5 from me.
