Trashy administration. Worst gym to exist

Hi Planet fitness. Thank you for your response. However, that is not my issue. my problem is that the gym keeps cancelling my vitality activation and changing the reactivation date for later months for reasons not explained to me and without my consent. This has reset all my gym visits to zero and making it look like i have never been to the gym since the beginning of the year and as a result, greatly affected my vitality status leading to me losing my reward level with the programme. I have repeatedly engaged with the gym and received no solution to date. This has caused me immeasurable distress. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this. Additionally, please provide me with an email address to which I can formally and officially lodge my complaint. Thanks
