Training classroom without proper gym materials

Planet fitness Vanderbijlpark, it is sad to experience a declining service from your team where by our monthly fee keeps on increasing each and every after 12 month.. We spent two years without a working air conditioner in both your trainng classes.. Come 2025 we have to run after your trainers to conduct classes.. Now it's been 3 weeks where by your speakers are not working in your training classroom.. Can you please as management what kind of word of mouth do you expect from us as your members.. I have been your member for almost 5 years now and each year your service is not getting better but it's getting worse.. Your machine are not functioning... Your cycling bicycle are an issue. Let me just say everything in your gym is not working other than the debit order system that debits o8r account because it's always on point and on time..i kindly request this to be investigated and be fix because we can't afford to be fighting for service we are paying for.
