Totally Disgusted!

Terrible gym! Do not join this gym! The sales manager at Brackenfell Planet Fitness ****med us into taking a deal, told us that we can pay the end of the next month.. Then a debit order went off, and when we went to the gym to sort it out, he refused to speak to us or see us. He told his sales consultants to tell us that he does not want to see us! I complained multiple times, I even contacted the regional manager, to say that they must send my contract to me and up till today (4 months later) they still can't show me any contract that was signed by us. Just Pathetic! Now they saying we owe them money, but they **********ly took money as it was not part of the agreement between the sales manager and us! Life lesson to self... Do not go to Planet Fitness 😑
