Total misconduct

Me and my partner signed up in Aug . Now we moved and the closes gym is 45 Min away .. when we signed up I asked about the cancellation if we need to down the line . It was said there will be a fee not more then what we pay a month great 890 rand ( monthly fee ) so I didn't mind . I also asked for a copy of the contract .. so now the cancellation fee is 3000rand . Where do I dig that up and still no copy of the contract . Highly disappointed and setting a stop to and debt orders that is coming from planet fitness . This is unacceptable. No one can afford that .
