TOTAL LACK OF RESPONSE

Trying to get hold of anyone within the Planet Fitness group is nothing short of totally impossible. It appears that ALL of the management from Thabo Mphuti, (Team Leader) thru to Shaun Maskell, (Branch Manager) right the way up to and including Manny Reviera, (MD?) hide behind their call center and other various call interceptors who's job it is to protect them from irate customers. Apart from making themselves unavailable, they also don't bother to return calls. As we speak I have been on hold trying to talk to someone from this totally inefficient, bad mannered organisation for at least 15 minutes. My advice ... if you have any other gym options, STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE !!! (Make that 20 mins now) - and still holding!!!.
