G'day<br> <br> SEE MY PREVIOUS COMPAINT I came in on Thursday, 6 August and spoke to Prabakhar, who assured me that this mess would be cleared up by close of Business on Friday the 7 August, 2015. To my dismay this morning Monday 10 August, I find that ****** all has been done. Being continually assured by planet fitness staff and having to repeat my story 50 times and wasting MY money on tlephone calls, the monies have not been sorted out. I am continually told I am in arrears WHICH BTW was confirmed by Prabakhar I was not, the money had gone into the wrong account which your customer service gave out the wrong account details. So where do we go from here, I continually look like the idiot.<br> I was warned not to join this gym, if you cannot rectify this, then I am going to the newspapers.<br> DO NO CALL ON PRIVATE NUMBERS
