Three years and going account wars

I have been having problems with them for more than two years now. We I first joined they were taking payments and accusing me of being behind on my account, so eventually I was not aloud to hold to the gym anymore (three months after joining). After being contacting, emailing and going to see the manager this problem was not solved. It continued for a year. So one day they phoned me and I decided I had it and I might have turned into the worst client ever (because you know after being nice for a year long did not get me anywhere) the lady speaking to me told me she saw they made a mistake and she is canceling my contacts as of immediately as I told her I'm over this. Almost at the end of last year they started taking payment again, my 2 year contract (that was supposed to be canceled) was suppose to end last year August. As of September they started taking payment again and Saya Recovery started contacting me again for to settle outstanding debt. After more than a few calls again and explaining my story how many times a lady again told me that I must send her an email with my request to cancel the contract (for 3 reasons, 1. It was supposed to be canceled 2. It was supposed to end August-how can they continue it without my consent. 3. I don't even live in Springs anymore, I moved to Durban middle last year. ) nothing happened, they are still taking payment, the gym and Say Recovery and I can't do anything because nobody can help me. I am over this and won't recommend Planet Fitness to anyone. The services is ****....
