Threats of taking legal actions

Planet fitness has a bad admin service which never responds to emails but send a legal action sms and provide a number for customer care that doesn’t work.

Joined planet fitness in July 2017 been assisted by a guy called Daniel Horlick who helped me join the club insisted on me getting a black tag a week later I was told he no longer works there.

The huge problem I have is that The sales consultant was after sales and told me all false information in this case based on the black tag he told me it has no cancellation fee now am told I have to pay a settlement fee as a student who has no basic salary.
