This is the 2nd incident re: my contract @Planet Fitness Plattekloof.In 2010 I took a contract for 3yrs & I got 1yr free. All paid for in advance.After finishing the 3yr contract,Planet Fitness refused to honour the free 1yr. In November 2014, I signed up for for another 1yr contract.Cash also paid in advance.My son would be denied access to the gym as the personnel would tell him the contract had expired!! It turns out they had not \loaded"the new contract. It was only activated in June. I spoke to Antonio to fix this problem. On 25May I received 2 sms from Planet Fitness threatening to take legal action against me. How can that be when I've paid for everything in advance! Now in November I received a call from Deon saying that my contract is expiring at the end of November! ALL I WANT IS FOR PLANET FITNESS TO HONOUR THE CONTRACT!!! They must get their house in order:::Enough of this. I have all the paperwork to show it"""
