Third Complaint

This is third time that I am forced to launch the SAME complaint. About three weeks ago Saya debt recovery company contacted me re money owed to Planet Fitness. This was a mistake from Planet Fitness' side. After I launched the complaint on Hello Peter I received 3 phone calls from Planet Fitness to tell me that the matter was resolved and that they will refund me. This evening I however received a sms from Saya saying they are going to hand me over for a itc listing. This after I sent Maemo at Planet Fitness a mail asking that they should please withdraw my case at Saya seeing that the matter was resolved. I also communicated with Saya in this regard. Neither Maemo nor Saya came back to me. This is totally nacceptable! If my membership AND Saya matters are not resolved within 24 hours, I'm turning to my attorney for legal steps. This has been going on since September 2015. ENOUGH!!!!!
