Think twice before joining Planet Fitness !!!

Think twice before joining Planet Fitness. They try to get as many members as they can, resulting in the gym being so full you can hardly use anything. My son's membership expired end January 2022, joined another gym in March, we tried phoning several times in March to cancel (paid both gyms for March) when I phone, they want to talk to him!, when he phone, they want info about me.! Eventually today they agree to cancel but tell me that we WILL still pay end April to gym in May ? So now we pay, March, April AND May !! without him GOING TO PLANET FITNESS and already having another gym WHICH WE ALSO HAVE TO PAY ? There is absolutely no reason for them not to at least stop the debit order End April for MAY ??? no other reason than being spite full. As explained 12 month contract expired end January 2022 already !
