Back in 2015 I app**** for a FIXED 2 year contract. Because it was fixed, I paid in FULL for the whole 2 years. Now, 2019, I am told my account is in arrears and I need to settle. Have not even seen the inside of a Planet Fitness since 2016 - as my 2 years FIXED contract was done.
