I have a 24 month contract ending in march 2021, requested a settlement quote end of September, they charged me for 11 months cancelation which should be 6 months. we had a look at our finances and could not afford the cancelation now end of this month they took the cancellation fee for the 11 months. we are not working there is no money for any thing else, i have tried to get hold of them they dont answer the phones dont answer emails

so DONT do Business with Planet Fitness they will ***** your money they will put things in very small print that you can hardly read
