NEVER take out a membership with these people. I took out a national membership because I could gym then at home and when I go to my family in Mpumalanga as I was instructed there was a gym in Nelspruit. Firstly there isn’t a gym in Nelspruit secondly I have now moved to Nelspruit and they are expecting me to pay a settlement fee to cancel my membership? How is one supposed to pay for a service they cannot receive?
