Planet Fitness the kings of ******* and of incompetence it astounds me how useless you are after being assured that the upgraded to national was cancelled and that I would be debited for local membership you still debited National membership. Also you assured me a senior manager would call me to resolve my issues with Roodepoort club and guess what 2 months later still no call your service is pathetic and if within 24 hours someone has not contacted me I will be reversing my debit order and stopping all further payments as this is pathetic and you are *******ly debiting an amount I have not agreed on.
