Planet Fitness continued, by changing the reference number to deduct mounts off my account. I received a letter from Prabhakar Rampersadh on 19 March 2015 to say the query has been resolved. TWO years later and lots of stress later. NOW these ******* are deducting money once again. I can never speak to a manager as they are always busy. I want my money back plus my bank charges plus my over payment of R100.00 as well as an apology letter. If this is not received a charge of theft will be placed
