An email I wrote to Planet Fitness Customer Care:

Good Day

My account was debited this month even after I had already logged and instantly paid an exhorbitant cancellation fee before the debit date.

This is unacceptable. A call center agent tried to lie about a condition in the contract saying that because I cancelled not more than 6 days before the debit order date, there's nothing I can do about a refund.

THERE IS NO SUCH CONDITION IN THE CONTRACT! Unacceptable!

Your call center agent even had the audacity to put me on hold for 7 minutes and then hung up.

I will never recommend your service to anyone, ever, nor will I return to any of your facilities.

You are the worst!
