They have been removing money from my account for years. I was told it was insurance when I queried it. I haven’t set foot in the gym for years and I get discounts at the work gym, why would I? They say they email, I have not received any emails for years. They say they’ve emailed the cancellation I have just processed for something I don’t have or haven’t used, no email. How do you rationally converse with call centre agents who don’t listen?
