So my girlfriend cancelled her acount 4 months ago as she was moving as well as other reasons, a month passed and the debit order went off again, she contacted them and they said oh you needed to pay a cancelation fee (which she was not told about the first time she canceled). She payed the cancelation fee and emailed them with proof of payment. Which brings us to now, annother debit order of double her fee went off, they have threatened her with legal action for money as she moved all her money to her other acount till the debit orders stopped and they still have not ended her acount, its been 3months now.. This is ******** and im prety sure *******
